Pilates Chair Classes
Most recently Chair classes are starting to kick off here in the UK and the word is out in the US: “Pilates Chair classes are replacing Spinning classes!”
The Exo Chair is a multipurpose exercise tool for classes. It is considered to be the most challenging piece of Pilates equipment for building strength and is great for skiers, runners, tennis players, golfers and for clients looking to increase power in the upper body for throwing, lifting and racquet sports.
Our Chair classes have no more than 5 people in a class, which keeps it small enough to adapt exercises accordingly to each individual ability and fitness level. Our style of teaching is from rehab, modern to classical Pilates. To join our Chair classes you will need to either complete a 6 week beginner’s reformer course, 3 private sessions or if your familiar with the chair / reformer a free screening and consultation.
