Starting Thursday 6th February at 1pm
Lynn Edmonstone will be teaching a Pilates and Stretch class which will combine contemporary Pilates exercises to mobilise each joint in the body and every movement of the spine and then use specific stretches for individual muscles utilising Stretch Therapy, Yoga Therapy and Slings Myofascial work which focuses on loosening up the fascial system. This class is ideal for anyone who feels tight and restricted in their body. Variations and modifications will be provided.
