Orbit Class

The Orbit™ “The Power of Circular Movement”

The orbit is used for improving core strength, stability and balance. It moves beyond traditional Pilates exercises while challenging the body in multiple planes while creating whole body strength and flexibility.

Our Orbit classes have no more than 5 people in a class, which keeps it small enough to adapt exercises accordingly to each individual ability and fitness level. This class is focused on strength & flexibility. 

NB: Its best to have some previous experience in core exercise before joining the Orbit class.
