The Balanced Body Exo Chair is a multipurpose exercise tool for classes. It is considered to be the most challenging piece of Pilates equipment for building strength and is great for skiers, runners, tennis players, golfers and for clients looking to increase power in the upper body for throwing, lifting and racquet sports.
Our Chair classes have no more than 5 people in a class. To join our Chair classes you will need to complete a 6 week beginner’s course or 3 private sessions.
