This 6 week course taught by Lynn Edmonstone is for anyone over the age of 50, who wants to keep active, mobile, flexible, strong and have good balance.
Lynn will design each class bespoke for the group and ensure there is a good warm-up and a wide range of exercises to keep optimum range of movement at each joint, safe spinal movements, weight bearing work in standing for improving balance and exercises to improve flexibility and strength. Depending on experience, studio equipment maybe used.
Classes will run in 6 week blocks. Cost £135. To book
